K1 ‘Silver Label’ Rosé 2009
This unique Rosé is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from
the Kuitpo Vineyard. The summer of 2009 produced stunning
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the Adelaide Hills region and the
fruit we picked was beautifully ripe.
Our grapes were crushed and left to soak on skins for only one
day before the highly flavoured free run juice was drained away
and fermented.
The result is a vibrant pink rosé, with forest berry fruits
dominating the nose and scrumptious juicy flavours of red
cherries and strawberries and cream on the palate followed by
tangy crisp acidity.
