This unique Rosé is made from predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Sauv Blanc from the Kuitpo Vineyard also known as K1, being the first commercial vineyard in the Kuitpo region. The summer of 2011 produced elegant Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the Adelaide Hills region picked with great natural acidity.

Our grapes were crushed and left to soak on skins for only one day before the highly flavoured free run juice was drained away and fermented.

Pleasant strawberry and raspberry fruit characters are most evident on the nose, with supporting nuances of turkish delight and rose petal. A refreshing palate, with citrus zest and strawberries and cream characters lasting throughout – the latter contributing to a smooth finish, reflecting the fine balance of sugar and acidity.
